How to turn off vsync?

How do I turn off vsync in mxs? do i do it in game?

You do that in your vendors settings. Like I have nvidia, so I open nvidia control panel and turn it off. I do choose the mxsim application specifically, then at the botton I turn off "vertical sync". If you have an AMD card or just aren't sure on how to do it, google "turn off vsync nvidia" or change nvidia to AMD. Something good should come up.
