W10 AMD Radeon 7400M after update

Since it was the very last day for updating W7 to W10 I decided to give it a try and downgrade it afterwards if necessary. I had no problem at all and it was a good decision to upgrade it, the only problem that came up is a graphic card issue.

I have a pretty satisfactory laptop setting both for work and to play a couple games (not a big deal):

Intel Core i7
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon 7400M (15.301.1901-160226a-299 900E)
D3D 9.14

Before the update my graphics were doing good, with smooth edges and a good balance between quality and performance.

Now this is how it is looking like:







I tried to mess with the settings from the graphic card and got no result at all. I was wondering what could be the solution to fix it. All the drivers have been directly downloaded from AMD website.

Advices are always welcome.
