Can't See Bike Models

I have the newest 10-30-16 snapshot and have all of the 2016 updates bikes however, while I am in-game I cannot see opponents bikes. All I see is a rider and both tires but no bike. Has anybody else had this issue or know what could be wrong. When I play on a server with friends and I have their exact skins, I can see their bikes but when I go to an online server I cannot see anybodies bikes. Any help before tomorrow's FAMmx race would be awesome!
