New Computer Transferring

So I have recently got a new computer and was wondering if there was an easy way to transfer all my skins/tracks to my other computer from my laptop?

Ok thanks I will try this and if this does not work I will just download my favorite skins and tracks

For anyone looking to do the same thing I did it and it worked I just put both my personal folder and the game(like if you have an icon on you desktop of the game) just put it on the USB and just transfer it on the new computer
