No personal folder or shortcut for game on install

Post by blaster70 »

Just bought this laptop (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/dell-inspir ... Id=5588602) for a good deal and wanted to see how it would handle sim. After install, there is no personal folder or shortcut for the actual game (the shortcut to type "--whatever" into the target line). I made sure not to check the "do not create shortcuts" on install. No idea where the personal folder and shortcut went and neither does the laptop because it will not pull up the personal folder when searching "%appdata%". I can run the game from the mx simulator folder from "C:/Program files x(86)/mx simulator" (or whatever it defaults to in case i typed that wrong) and it works great, just dont have a personal folder. Any help on this would be great

Thanks

Update: I'm an idiot lol . It installed the game correctly, I just forgot that it went to the local/appdata bit
