Its just gone from registration key gone thought i had a write it down on a note but lossed that pls can you help me pls what can i do bought the game gutted pls help fast

Hi cant find the email any idea what it starts with or the title cant find the fucker not even sure if im looking in the right email adress pain in the arse i saved it on my pc aswell but then did a clean reinstall and lost it
