Need help making custom jersey

I want to have my name and number on my jersey but I dont have the software required since you have to buy it and everytime i have used a freee trial for editing software i can never get the program to allow me to make the uniform work in game! If someone would be kind enought to do it for me comment and tell me!

You must have missed the part where i said that even when I have to software it never works anyways.... for some reason it doesnt work, along with my track editor being fucked up and any other editor for any other game as well.. I think its just something wrong with my computer
