No Personal Folder

So I just got my PC back, and I redownloaded sim for the first time, and I don't have a personal folder. Can anyone help me out? :?

Open "run" and type in: %AppData%
or it's here:
C:\Users\YourUserNameHere\AppData\Local\Mx Simulator
