Game Crashing

I have no clue why but even after updating my graphics driver my game will randomly freeze, play the last second of audio ingame repeatedly and then black screen.

What GPU do you have? Are you using the driver from your GPU vendor's web site?

I have the POWERCOLOR Red Dragon Radeon RX 470 and yes I am using the driver from AMD's website (i have not oc'ed it if that matters)
