Sim keeps resetting my entire game?

Past week or so every time I load up the game it resets everything without fail.
Setup
name
number
Bike etc
How can I stop this? thanks

Do you exit the game with the quit option in the game menu?

Locate your config file in your personal folder and right click it, then go to properties. Make sure it isnt set to "read only"
