Dirtbike Skins

so I have had this game for awhile and this just started happening recently.I download a dirtbike skin off of the forum (i use winrar) drag the file into my mx simulator personal folder then I extract the file in the folder but when I open mx simulator I don't have any dirtbike skins and only dirtbike skins i have gear skins, helmet, and wheels, just not dirtbike skins I don't know what happened but if anyone has this problem and knows hot to fix it please help.
