Blurry and weird graphics
Blurry and weird graphics
I run mx simulator through Wine on my mac and have never had a problem other than this one. Some maps, but not everyone, will be kinda blurry and distorted. In the picture i uploaded its supposed to be the whoops at the top of the 2016 Washougal map but you can barely even notice the whoops there. My laptop is the 2016 touch bar with upgrades and i don't have any lag issues with high settings. I added what the main menu background looks like and the graphic settings i have on. Any one know what could be the issue? Also i just tried re-installing the game as well as wine and still have the problem.

Sorry these are my actual graphic settings...
Thanks for any help!

Try to turn on shaders. Don't forget to restart your gane.

Just tried this and there was no changes. Thanks for the suggestion though, not sure what could be causing this.Wahlamt wrote:Try to turn on shaders. Don't forget to restart your gane.
Re: Blurry and weird graphics
If you have an nvidia graphics card, "anisotropic filtering" helps me a lot. Enable it in Nvidia control panel -> 3d settings -> program settings -> mx.exe. Use 4x or 8x to try and see if it gets better.colew500 wrote:Just tried this and there was no changes. Re: Blurry and weird graphics
Looks like color banding from running at 16 bits per pixel. Try adding --depth 24 or --depth 32 to the command line options.
