Keeps saying contacting server

Every time i go onto any servery it always says contacting server and I dont know why and also when i put a track in my personal folder it isnt there when i go onto look for the track????

If it says contacting server you in 9/10 cases spelled something wrong. That or your pc/router is blocking the traffc from mxsim.
So you unpack the .rar files?

Or it will say "contacting server" when the server is down.
