Ps3 controller users help?

Just installed a new processor, ram, mobo. I use motionjoy's ds3 tool to install controller drivers, and "better ds3" to run the controller. Was working fine before the upgrade, now the drivers aren't installed and when i open the ds3 tool, it tries to flood my pc with malware and all that good stuff, is there any way to get a ps3 controller working for sim without using ds3 tool?
