Crashing every few minutes into playing

My game keeps crashing a few minutes in with no error message but in the log it says Integrity check failed - 'zzzz.saf' (offset 0x61e584a8) - check for viruses or filesystem corruption I tried replacing the file with my friends but it still comes up with the same error it just changes the offset "offset 0x67d8b081" and "offset 0x7ddf084". I tried a clean install with the download link provided and the issue persists.

I don't know if it matters but my friend gave me the download link for the game he used for his after I bought the key because I couldn't get to it so maybe that might do something with it?
