Random cut out?

Since 1.12 has been out, I've been running into an issue where I lose sound from mxs. Discord/Youtube still put out volume, but nothing on mxs until the server restarts.
Then today, I got a loud electric noise in my headphones, Lost sound, and half of my frames. I closed game and reopened and it was gucci the rest of the night. I've had the same computer for a little over a year, no settings changed as of lately other than 1.12 install. if it were frequent I would try old snapshot but its so far and few in between. Any ideas?
