FPS issue Erode

im lagging with erode dropping from 100+ fps to 50/40 fps in EMF races can someone help me with this? 
Here is my specs.
• Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6350 Six-Core Processor
• RAM: 8GB Memory
• Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 270x
• Operative System: Windows 10 Pro
Im playing on verylow settings!
