Blank Tracks Won't Work?

I usually don't have a problem grabbing a blank track file to put into MXS but the last time I tried to download one it wouldn't show up when I got to try and ride it. I put it in my personal folder and redid all the steps like ten times to make sure I was not making any mistakes that I know of. If anyone can help that'd be great.
