GPU Top at 50%

Anybody knows why my GPU cannot get over 50% in this game?

It annoys me because my fps are not stable on heavy tracks and it only uses 50% of my GPU capacity!

is there any way to crank it up to 100 %?

Probably the game's fault. It does a lot of draw calls which makes the graphics bus the bottleneck.
