My gear is showing upside down, even with the gear facing right side up.

I have all the files named correctly, I had my Seven Zero gear work, now this gear seems to be stubborn and won't work. I'm using Answer Elite 2018 gear. I didn't put a spec, but I don't think that's required, is it?
