Droppin frames

So about 3 weeks ago my whole computer started to sLow down. And I started to drop frames in all games including sim. I try changing my graphics to rly low but I still lag and drop tons of frames? Any help?

Could be dust in your fans and heat sinks. Check the temperatures when it's under load.

I don't think you can read it without installing temperature monitoring software on Windows. Not sure what the best one is. If anyone has any recommendations feel free to chime in.

I just use Afterburner to check all my GPU and CPU temps since it's running to overclock my GPU.
