cannot get my server to work

My server runs fine for me, but can't get a friend in. Either says contacting server constantly or the WSAECONRESET or whatever it is.
Done all the port-forwarding and firewall unblock etc.

It's hard to say since a lot of stuff can block it. In my experience WSAECONNRESET usually happens when it's a software firewall. If it's the router the packets are usually silently dropped.
