Offset Lagging Problem

This has been going on for the past week or so, my normal ping is 7 and about 2-3 times a lap my offset will spike to 600-8000 and ill lag extremely bad and it drops my frames to 8fps until my offset drops back down, had to race the last national like this and it was terrible, any suggestions to fix this issue?
