HELP WITH ERODE LOW FPS

When playing without erode in a server i get 125 fps constant, when erode is on in the server i get 25fps and my game just lags
is there any fix for this ?
AMD R9 200 series
Processor is a I5-3570k Overclocked to 4.2ghz
