Controller Not Working

Anyone have any idea why my controller wouldn't work in game? It works in everything else, but not sim. I've tried different ports/disconnecting it then reconnecting but it's not working. TIA

Would be helpful to know what controller you're using and what drivers are installed as well.
Couldn't tell you why, but my 360 controller doesn't register input with MXS after I play GTA 5. You say your controller works in "everything else" — does it work with MXS directly upon bootup?

I got it to work finally. Not sure what changed, but it started working again.
