Blender experience needed!!

Im putting air brakes onto alex tees bell. I have it laid out on the wireframe but the strap is all wonky. Can someone help me fix it? i know how to merge the models together and such, but i dont know enough of blender to make the strap connect perfectly

Yeah it's probably because those goggles were made for a different helmet, that's why the strap is so off. You'll have to do a lot of playing with the strap to get it to fit properly, If you do it well, you will probably get away without needing to re-unwrap the strap.

i only know enough about blender to change parts. I have no idea how to edit the shapes or anything. Usually the parts fit and i dont have this problem

Yeah I get what you're saying but hopefully you understand what I'm saying lol. Kinda imagine it like the 2013 CRF450 header that wrapped around the front of the frame. You wouldn't be able to fit that on any other bike ya know?
