Gear isn't showing up in game help

So when i download something and put it in the folder it doesnt show up in game to pick pls help and yes i have restarted my game

Make sure you're putting the files into the folder, not the .rar file you may have downloaded. You need to extract the files from .rar and put them into the folder.

I figured out what it was I didn't Have winrar installed so it was making the files .rar whoops
