Rider wont pick himself up 0 stability

I recently purchased the game about a week ago but I've been playing well before than. I've been having an issue when my rider will just fall over when i come to a complete stop and just lay on his side. the rider will not pick himself up or realign after falling. however sometimes after i cross the finish line for a brief second the game will work and pick my rider up but quickly will stop working again. right now the only way to pick my rider up is holding reverse. and i and consisting falling due to this issue. I've tried to redownload the game but that doesn't seem to work. I've googled a lot and cant find anything. so if you have a solution id love to hear. I know what the game is supposed to feel like so dont just say im bad lol. thanks

Turn on "dab when stopped" in bike setup.
