tack making in photoshop

im really interested in attempting to make tracks. i have photoshop. but not sure how to use it for track building. looking for someone willin to tell me what i need and how to go about doing this. thanks in advance

Here is a jump template to get started with, you will have to place all the objects, decals and billboards using the in game editor. If you need more help send me a PM.
