High Ping and Fluctuations in offset

Restarted my game last night, went to go onto multiplayer got in the server but my ping was over 5000 and my offset went from -10000 to 5000 in a matter of milliseconds. I don’t have any internet issues on any other program on my computer. Any suggestions?
