Cant join online races

whenever i try to join a online certain online sessions it loads up then when i join im stuck on the start line in warmup mode and the name of the track is froze on the screen and when i pressed the chat button to look what was going on it said warning then a bunch of things like the bike i was using and the track i was on any ideas how to fix ?
