Fps locked on Mac

Just curious if anyone on Mac has had issue with their FPS locking at 60. I know how to fix this on windows but was wondering if anyone knows how to do it on a Mac since its really tricky to access graphics card settings on it. Also running the new High Sierra update 10.13.1
