MXS Reseting Every Time I Load Up Game

Ok so every time o load up my game it asks me for my activation key, so then I have to go to my email and find the key every time I want to play. On top of that once I get into the menu it has reset all of my setting so then I have to fix all of that and it’s so annoying! Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
