timing out in warmup

Ever since I downloaded the new snapshot anytime I'm in warm-up for more than like 10 seconds everyone in the server just goes ghost and to the people in the race it says I timed out. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it and nothing works. Any ideas as to what it could be?
