Frame Rate issues, help needed i reckon

Hey guys,
i may not have the best computer but is there any other ways to get higher frame rates other than using the 'high fps' graphic option in-game. At this point playing an online server with 5+ people is unplayable

It'd be awesome if you guys could help out!

For recent hardware "normal" is better than "high fps". "high fps" is best if you're using an old integrated GPU.

I have just tried that, the high fps mode works better for me now. But on some tracks I'm sitting at about 15fps.which is so annoying
