Problem Downloading the Snapshot
I'm new to the game and I'm trying to download the new snapshot but when I click save it says, "the publisher of mx-2019-11-17-1519 (26) .exe couldn't be verified." Was wondering if anyone could help.

It's just complaining because it's not a signed executable. It's safe to ignore. If it's getting deleted you might have to disable your antivirus software to install it.
