Gear Won't Show up for my Friends

I made some gear for my friends (using the JRE rider model) I named and saved everything correctly and it shows up fine In game for me. But when my friends download the gear with the shareable link to my google drive it doesn't show up for them. The name appears in "gear" but when they load it in it's just the default kit. Wondering if anyone could help, Thanks!

Probably in different folders. In the game, type "/listfiles nameofyourgear", where "nameofyourgear" is the filename for the gear. The result will be a bunch of lines like "gamepath -> filesystempath". The gamepath part before the -> needs to match exactly for the game to find it.
