2019 Hangtown-Client Track Modified

I've been playing in the elsinore.mxsimulator.com:19801 server and everytime Hangtown comes around I get booted with an error saying Client Track Modified.
I've tried deleting the track files from my personal folders and redownloading and extracting fresh from the thread but never had any luck.
There are a few threads regarding this topic but none of them seem to help. Any specific advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
