Downloading Track i can Never download 365 jcohenour-150 for some reason?

Hello I need help i am a relatively new rider i'm having fun downloading tracks and skins riding around but when ever i try to download jcohenour-150 it doesn't work i dont know why its always jcohenour150 and im annoyed i have a Dell 2019 Laptop runs fine i doubt it is my laptop so if you have any idea on how to fix it please comment.

Are you referring to how the track has a link to a mediafire folder so you can choose which version of the track?
