Laggy when hitting ruts

I've seen one other guy with this problem and that was like 6 years ago and I cant figure out how to fix it anyone have any ideas?

Post a screenshot of your graphics settings and computer specs.
Settings might just be a bit high for your pc. Ruts have a lot more geometry going on compared to just flat ground so if your ground geo is too high it can cause this.

I dont know how to sc but i run the normal graphics and i have a 3060 with i7 cpu I've tired running the graphics on everything and it hasn't changed anything
