My controller is not working properly

When I use a cable to play it disconnects like every minute or so and when it disconnects I have to go into my pc settings and turn on or off the Bluetooth for it to connect and when I use Bluetooth to play it the bike is just slightly on the gas and I cant do anything with the controller but Bluetooth works perfectly fine with any other game.
