Controller buttons chaning function

I use a ps5 pro controller and occasionally my shift up and down buttons will switch and be opposite and also will occasionally have an input stick on such as my brake thats on a back paddle? Was wondering if anyone has found a solution to this as I've heard from some other ps5 users its a problem for them also. Thanks for any help.
