How do you switch to a different decal in track editor

This is what is in my decal file
[1000.000000 1000.000000] 0.000000 120.000000 1.000000 @createtrack/sand.png
[1000.000000 1000.000000] 0.000000 120.000000 1.000000 @createtrack/dirt-darkbrown.png

I have 2 to different textures in there but when i go to the editor i am only able to paint the sand texture. How do you switch to the dirt texture.

ok, you have the sand on top of the dirt. You will have to move it to reveal the dirt tex. The click on the center of the arrow on the texture, it will turn white, it is now selected and you can place copies by clicking the mouse where you want them placed.
