2 big questions

my first qeustion is how do i save video of gamply or what software i should use?
and my 2nd question is how do i make my own tracks and what software should i use for that?

1. Fraps.
2. Photoshop and in game editor.

I too would like to know the photoshop Question! Just started mx sim and wanted to start making more advanced tracks... Can someone like give me an old unfinished track or just something with the current setting as i can use to start making my layout design...
