I have been having some issues while riding both MX and SX since returning. I played for about 2 months during the summer then got a job and took time off. I started playing again today, and have a better feel than before.

My problem at the moment is that my front end feels like it's pushing in the corners. To go along with this, the rear end likes to kick really bad when leaving a jump or throughout acceleration/deceleration bumps.

So, can anyone give me some advice in the suspension settings I should be running? I know the rear end's rebound needs to be slowed but I don't have any idea what a good starting point is for the whole set up.
