Ok im kinda new to this game but when i press pause and then press R ( my rewind button) it just sits there anybody know how i can watch my replays?

You have to go to playback race then select the demo called "Default". But, you have to have the "Record Demo" setting in "New Race" set to Yes to have the "Default" demo in Playback Race.
