Cant connect to server

I'm getting a message wsaenetreset when trying to connect. It scrolls with contacting server but no connect... I have both firewalls off on my pc and router. Any ideas?

I just searched that error code and it seems that it usually indicates a routing problem. Can you traceroute the server you're trying to connect to?

hmm i keep getting this also, on every server, ive also lowered my Graphics right down and still no help.

Are you sure you have all your firewalls disabled, including on your router/modem?

yes i just put MXS as an exception and it is still repeating "contacting server"

What about the firewall on your modem/router? If the firewall is set above "low" it will block UDP for most routers.

Also, make sure the server address is correct. Just use elsinore.mxsimulator.com for now.

The default elsinore.mxsimulator.com should be good for a beginner.

umm when i try to connect it says (programmer to lazy)ERROR

Not sure why you would get that error but if you don't have a key it won't work.

Did you ever enter your registration key, if you did is it entered correctly?
