1.3 update not working?

this is for windows.
my update is in both folders.
it is extracted after the download.
PLEASE HELP!!
P.S. i have the latest snapshot.

The 1.3 update is an installer. Just run it and it should install itself.

i did but it doesnt have the new menu, or any of the new mx simulator signs

Make sure you didn't check "Do not create shortcuts". Make sure you're updating the same location you installed in too.

How are you starting the game? The update installer should install the 1.3 mx.exe and create shortcuts in the start menu and desktop that point to the new exe.

it doesnt say mx.exe either.
it says mx simulator or 12-01 for the update

Well i guess its working but isnt it supose to be were the rider does NOT come off the bike cause thats what it does on the 12-01 and i already clicked on the three that i did like five times.

1.3 is about a year behind the current snapshot version.
