MX Simulator

So I have had this game for a day now and all of a sudden the ground gets these pink/red boxes that cover the track. i've read that it could be a graphic driver but it was working find up until now... idk much about computers but I am using a Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop. So if anyone knows what to do it would be GREATLY appreciated.
