NEED HELP- new to game. (skins and tracks)

I race motocross locally and found this game pretty sweet. I just bought and am gettin good and noticed everyone had custom bikes. How do i get these skins and custom stuff. can someone please give me a step by step walkthough or something? any help will be appreciated. Also how do i get these custom tracks because i saw examples of tracks where i ride online. thanks.

im not sure about tracks but for skins:
1.download winrar so you can extract files
2.download the skins from here or puremxs (you need the model and the skins for that model)
3.move the winrar archives to local disk c/users/____/appdata/local/mxsimulator demo
4.right click on the archives and click extract here

I downloaded a couple stuff, but when come to unzip some of then have a SAF file and other a SAF files plus some images files. Should i throw everything inside my personal folder the way it is?

if the picture is a preview you dont need to keep it
if it is a png of the layout keep it

hi ive downloaded many tracks and skins so thanks for help. however i used winzip and it says my demo is up nnow. did yall buy it?
